Is it too late to plant tulips and daffodils?

Tulips and Daffadills need to be planted in the fall so they will be in the ground for at least 12 weeks with very cold temps. They need that long before they will bloom. You could plant them now but don't expect them bo bloom.

It is too late. You plant them in the fall. You can google about cold treating bulbs in your refrigerator, and maybe can get them to bloom that way. People in the south do that, because they don't get cold enough weathe long enough.
Reply:Put them in a fridge lower crisper for about a week and when planting put bone meal mixed in the soil, but don't wait until the soil warms above 50 deg.
Reply:may be try putting them in pots for indoors %26amp; about OCT plant out side
Reply:you can plant them now. but hurry. they might not do as well as one that are already planted, but they sould make a show.
